Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. The service

CatchLoop, operated by Morgan Brunot, a private individual based in France ("we"), is a product-feedback platform: a public portal with a request board, customer accounts, a roadmap and a changelog, the dashboard behind it, and an MCP server. By creating a workspace, or joining one through an invitation, you ("you", the customer) agree to these Terms, and we record when you did and which version.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and are responsible for activity under your workspace. Sign-in is by magic link; keep access to your inbox secure. The workspace API key used by the MCP server is a credential: keep it out of code you publish and out of any browser.

3. Acceptable use

We may suspend a workspace that materially breaches this section.

4. Plans

CatchLoop is currently free. Paid plans are not open yet, and we charge nothing. The Free plan has no volume caps on requests, votes, comments, customer accounts or team members.

If a paid plan opens, we will publish its terms here and email workspace administrators before it does. No one is moved to a paid plan without choosing it.

5. Your responsibilities as controller

For the personal data of your end users, you are the data controller and we are your processor under the DPA. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data and for informing your end users. You must not collect special-category data through your portal or send it to us in an import.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate for material breach with notice where practicable.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will notify administrators of material changes by email. These Terms are governed by French law, and any dispute goes to the competent French courts.
