Support and everything else

support@catchloop.co reaches us for anything: a question before you sign up, something broken, or a feature you wish existed. Say which workspace you are writing about and we can look at it before replying.

Expect an answer within one working day, usually sooner. If something is down and you are blocked, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top.

Privacy and data requests

Access, rectification, erasure and portability go to privacy@catchloop.co, which is the address named in the Privacy Policy. If the request concerns one of your customers, the dashboard already does it: export your workspace as JSON or delete their account for good, without waiting on us.

Security

Found something? Write to support@catchloop.co with "security" in the subject and we will read it the same day. What we run and how it is protected is set out on the security page.

Where we are

CatchLoop is operated by Morgan Brunot, a private individual based in France; the details are in the legal notice. Application and database are hosted in the EU, and they stay there.
