Native MCP server
Read requests, create and import feedback, and move statuses from Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client. All free, status changes included.
The whole product
One public portal and the dashboard behind it, wired into a single loop: customers ask and vote, you ship, and everyone who asked hears once.
Collect
Customers post, vote and comment on your public board. Each request shows its status and one vote count. Filters are crawlable URLs on a server-rendered page, so someone searching for the feature finds your board and sees that you listen.
To vote, post or comment, a customer enters their email and follows a one-time link back to the request they were on. The session lasts 180 days. An account belongs to your portal and is never shared with another team.
Everything a customer posted, voted on or commented on, on one page. They can mute one request, or stop every email from your portal, in a click.
Ship & close the loop
New, Planned, In progress, Shipped and Not planned. The public roadmap shows Planned, In progress and Shipped as three columns, fed straight from status. Not planned carries your reason on the request page, and the votes stay.
Write an entry, link the requests it delivers, and publish. They move to Shipped and everyone who asked is emailed once: "You asked, we shipped." You see how many people that is before you press the button.
Moving a request emails nobody. Your customers hear from you when it ships, not every time a card moves.
Integrate & automate

Read requests, create and import feedback, and move statuses from Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP client. All free, status changes included.

Paste one request per line, or the CSV export of the tool you are leaving. Past votes, dates and statuses come with it.
Run it like a business

Invite teammates by email; they join when they open the link. Owner and admin roles, unlimited members, and one person can belong to several teams.

Export your workspace as JSON and delete a customer account for good, from the dashboard. Hosted in the EU. Rights built in, not bolted on.
We eat our own cooking. The board, the roadmap and the changelog you just read about are how we build CatchLoop itself.
