CatchLoop is open to everyone, free and without caps. Your customers get one public portal. They suggest, vote and comment with an account made of their email and a one-time link, no password. You move requests through New, Planned, In progress and Shipped, and when you publish a changelog entry like this one, everyone who asked hears from you once. Bring your backlog with you: paste a list or a CSV export, or let an agent do it through the MCP server. Invite your whole team, there is no member limit.
